Ice Cream and Palm Coast Real Estate…
If there was ever a time in history where a phenomenon could be a mirror image of human nature the real estate market is it! Now there will be people who will tell you that people are basically good, they want to do what’s right”. Well, I don’t think so excavation point not for one second. I do agree with the biblical promise that all people are imperfect. Let me ask you this, have you ever had to teach a child how to be greedy? The way I see it, 1999 to 2005 represents a huge ice cream sundae. We all grabbed spoons – no, shovels – and gorged ourselves. Palm Coast Real Estate was smokin’ hot. Oceanfront homes sold quickly. Salt water Palm Coast homes and Intracoastal homes were soaring. Life was good. We thrilled at the deals we made and the wise investments we made.

My girlfriend and I were at an ice cream shop next to Starbucks at first Street and Roosevelt in St. Augustine recently. I had my favorite pecan and pralines topped with hot fudge and she had raspberry swirl with caramel topping. It was so good, I thought about going back for seconds! Then I hit a brain freeze. It was so painful! Everyone was laughing as I suffered.
